We are not responsible for damaged or melted product. No refunds or reshipments will be sent for this reason. We take various measures, like insulated wrap and ice packs, to prevent melting. If your product reaches you melted, please place it in the refrigerator or let cool at room temperature and use as is.
With the global pandemic of covid-19 going on, shipping times may be a little longer. if you leave your email while checking out, you will be sent a tracking number and also updated on the process of your order. please be patient during this time and continue to stay safe!
Yummi Skincare ships domestic packages through USPS, United States Postal Services. We do not ship internationally at this time.
